Lenti-SARS-CoV-2 S Pseudovirus [β-Galactosidase, MLV Packaging System]
Lenti-SARS-CoV-2 S Pseudovirus is produced by cotransfecting the cell line TELCeB6 expressing β-Galactosidase and the plasmids encoding the S-protein. Pseudovirus-containing supernatant was harvested 48 h following transfection. The supernatant was cleared of cell debris by centrifugation and filtered through a 0.45-μm-pore-size filter. The produced pseudoviruses carry SARS-CoV-2 S proteins, which is a powerful tool for SARS-CoV-2 vaccine and entry inhibitor research.

Target Details
Introduction : | An outbreak of a novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19; previously known as 2019-nCoV) was reported since last December, 2019. Now COVID-19 is an emerging, rapidly evolving situation, and has become a pandemic.SARS-CoV-2 consists of four structural proteins, including S (spike), E (envelope), M (membrane), and N (nucleocapsid) proteins. As an important envelope protein, S protein is identified as the protein responsible for virus entry into human cells, and S protein is the major target for anti-SARS-CoV-2 therapeutics discovery. |
