Anti-DENV Drug Discovery Products

Dengue virus (DENV) is a mosquito-borne virus that is a member of Flavivirus genus. DENV infection typically causes a self-limiting febrile illness known as dengue fever, but in some cases, it can lead to severe dengue, which can be life-threatening. DENV is a significant public health concern worldwide due to its potential to cause dengue fever. DENV is a small, enveloped virus. The genome is a single-stranded positive-sense RNA with 10.7kb in length. The C region encodes the capsid protein. The prM and E regions encode the viral envelope proteins that are responsible for viral attachment and entry into host cells. There are four distinct types of DENVs (DENV-1 to DENV-4). Each type of Dengue virus has distinct genetic characteristics and can circulate independently in different regions of the world.

At Creative Biolabs, we provide reliable anti-Dengue virus antibody products that specifically bind to viral proteins, allowing researchers to detect and identify viruses in samples, study virus-host interactions, and investigate the immune response to viral infections.
