ViroProbe™ Human Papillomavirus 2 E6E7 Probe

This probe is specific for the detection of HPV 2 which is associated with common warts. It is designed to target human papillomavirus 2 RNA in cellular and tissue environments in situ hybridization. Introduction : Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a DNA virus from the Papillomaviridae family. More than 200 types of HPV have been recognized. They do not cause any problems in most case. HPV infection may also cause more serious conditions, such as certain types of cancer.
