| Application Notes : | ELISA may be performed at 10-100ng/ml of mAb depending on the amount of immobilized antigen in the assays. WB requires 1-5µg of mAb/ml. Neutralizes vif dependent HIV-1 replication in infected monocytic cells. The optimal working dilutions should be determined by the end user. |
