Lenti-RRV E2E1A Pseudovirus [GFP, HIV-1 Packaging System]
Lenti-RRV E2E1A Pseudovirus is produced by cotransfecting 293T cells with the pRRLsin-CMV-GFP transfer vector and the lentiviral packaging plasmids (pMDLg and pRSV/Rev). Pseudovirus-containing supernatant was harvested 48 h following transfection. The supernatant was cleared of cell debris by centrifugation and filtered through a 0.45-μm-pore-size filter.

Target Details
Introduction : | Ross River virus (RRV) is a cause of epidemic polyarthritis, myalgia, and fatigue, in humid northern tropical areas of Australia and neighboring Pacific Islands. It is a small encapsulated single-strand RNA Alphavirus. The main part of the viral glycoprotein complex consists of heterodimers of E1 and E2 glycoproteins that are further organized into trimers. The E2 glycoprotein most likely mediates interactions with target cell receptors, whereas E1 is thought to mediate fusion. |
Alternative Names : | RRV env; FIVgp5; E2E1A; RRV E2E1A Pseudovirus |
