Viruses can be classified by phenotypic factors, such as morphology (core content, capsid structure, presence of outer envelope), nucleic acid type (dsDNA, ssDNA, dsRNA, ssRNA), mode of replication, host organisms, and the type of disease they cause. There are millions of types of viruses in the environment. Even though some virus infectious diseases can be resolved, some can also be deadly.
