(Verified Customer)

Dear Manager,
I would like to do an IHC test with this antibody. Could you give me some information about the buffer for sample pre-treatment?
Best regards,
Alan

(Creative Biolabs Scientific Support)

Thank you for contacting us. You can place the sample in 1 X citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or 1 X Tris/EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for the sample pre-treatment procedures. For detailed information, you could check our IHC Protocol Sheet. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any further advice or information on other aspects.

Target Research Highlights

The viral capsid (Cap) was constructed with a multiple sequence alignment (MSA) that spanned the entire circovirus genome and contained both reference sequences for CVe, and representative circovirus reference taxa. The discrepancy in numbers reflects that cap-derived sequences are less conserved and therefore harder to detect.
