VirologyDear sir,
We're interested in your product "VRS-0124-YT1542". I plan to use this product to detect the angelonia flower break virus in Western Blot. What buffer do you recommend for the primary antibody incubation?
Regards,
Carl
Thank you for contacting us. You could use PBST buffer containing PBS, 5% BSA, and 0.05-0.1% Tween-20 for the antibody incubation. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any further advice or information on other aspects.
Target Research Highlights
The small ORF2 (nucleotides 2298 to 2483), located in the central part of the viral genome, encodes the P7 protein of 6.7 kDa.
